Top tips to keep your skin hydrated
- Drink plenty of water – roughly two litres a day is ideal. Add a slice of lemon to restore your skin’s brightness.
- Use a facial oil after moisturising – facial oils lock moisture into the top layers of skin, keeping your skin hydrated for longer.
- Cleanse with cool water – hot water dehydrates the skin, luke warm water is best for cleansing and washing.
