it works

I add a spoonful of ashwaghanda into my green powder juice every day and mix with water. It doesn't blend or dissolve very well, but I swear by Ashwaghanda to calm the nerves and take the edge of day to day life. Stops the overthinking :-)

Smelly wet horse

"An Ayurvedic herb said to give you the strength and vigour of a horse." is misinformed marketing rubbish. The Sanskrit word ashwagandha is formed from ashwa meaning horse and gandha meaning smell, because the roots are reputed to smell like a wet horse! Having said that it does work for alleviating stress.
