NYRewards is our free loyalty programme that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more (and better) perks you receive.

Simply create an account online or in-store; it’s completely free to join. If you currently have an account with us, then you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards programme and placed in your tier based on your annual spend.

Our rewards programme is tiered, allowing members to earn more perks the more they engage with us.

As a member, you’ll receive reward points every time you shop, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. 

You also earn points for subscribing to our email newsletter, referring friends, following us on Instagram, and you’ll even be gifted with bonus points for your birthday. In addition to earning points, you’ll also have the chance to gain early access to promotions, test new products and win a trip to our eco-factory in Dorset.

• Bronze is unlocked when you first join NYRewards
• Silver is unlocked when you spend £80–159 within 12 months.
• Gold is unlocked when you spend £160+ within 12 months.

Every new tier comes with new rewards – from early access to product launches, to winning a chance to visit our eco-factory. Your status is based solely on your annual spend and is valid for 12 months from the date you qualify.

Once you are in Bronze, Silver or Gold, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our programme to maintain your status.

Rewards points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed in to your account. 

You must have a minimum balance of at least 100 points each time you would like to make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in increments of £5, £10 and £20.

Add your birthday under ‘Ways to earn points’ above. On your birthday, we will send you a special discount code via email, which will be valid for 30 days from your special day!

Your points are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them and will expire after 1 year of inactivity, i.e., redeeming points or placing an order. Your tier status remains valid for 12 months from the date you qualify.

If you’re subscribed to our emails, we’ll always notify you before anything expires so you don’t miss out.
