Sage

A good quality sage with a nice kick in taste. I take this for hot flashes at the start and the end of the day as herbal tea, to help minimise the outbreaks. Has most definitely reduced the frequency especially during the night.
Highly recommended.

end of the hot flush!

At age 58, I was thrown off a cliff straight into full menopause by chemotherapy, and with it came the worst hot flushes and night sweats. I literally had to sleep (when I could) on three towels. Then I read about sage tea for hot flushes and tried Neal's Yard organic sage. Within 24 hours I felt a difference, and within 3 days the hot flushes were reduced to a warm tingle. I used a normal teaball full of sage, seeped for 5 minutes in boiling water, and added a little honey. I cup 3x's a day. I don't recall now how long it took till I didn't need it any more, but eventually I found I could reduce it and only have a cup if I thought a flush might be coming on. The sage seems to dampen them right down, miraculously. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
