What to expect during your session

After an initial consultation, your therapist will identify a combination of acupuncture points to focus on. You’ll be asked to lie down on your back to allow your acupuncturist to insert fine needles into the skin, at varying depths, to access the meridian pathways with the aim to revitalise the skin and rebalance the body’s energy flow.
