Great Product!

This helps my leg muscles while I sleep. My night cramps are massively reduced! The smell is great and the oil helps my dry skin, so I am a happy customer.

Feet and warming oil

I have used this product for at least 10 years. I suffer from restless feet that can go icy cold and start going into spasm which wakes me up. I do exercises and then warm my feet with a hot water bottle on the floor as I sit on the bed. I then massage my feet with ginger and juniper warming oil, put on bed socks and usually go straight to sleep. It is comforting and effective. I also massage my legs with it. Brigid Tindal
