I ordered a Wild Rose Body Lotion which when delivered the dispensing pump on top of bottle was shattered! I emailed Neals Yard & they responded immediately and sent me a replacement straight away at no extra cost to myself. Well done!!

Indispensable!

The 200ml pump is perfect for dispensing lotions, & even some liquids. It’s mess free & can be use without having to lift bottles here & there, ( which for me isn’t ideal) it’s the perfect solution for anybody with arthritic joints.

A great way to make use of the refills

Good, solid pump dispensers. Great for taking advantage of the less costly refill bottles. I usually have a couple in, so they can be available readily for when my other hand wash runs out or the pump dispenser malfunctions.
